Cultivating delight, wonder, and community.

The Olive Grove Academy (TOGA) is a hybrid model of education that offers homeschooling families in the Cedar Valley a vibrant community where children grow in their love for learning and parents feel supported in their homeschool journey.  We provide two full days of in-class instruction  filled with life-giving ideas and opportunities for students to grow in their understanding of God’s created order, while building relationships with eternal truths and gaining healthy habits.

The goal of TOGA is for homeschool life to feel balanced, supported and vibrant, and this hybrid model provides this.

What Is Hybrid Homeschool?
The Hybrid model of education is an intentional form of collaborative instruction between trained educators and parents, both working in tandem toward a common goal of excellence in education. Two full days of classes are taught by educators in a classroom setting and three days of instruction are carried out by parents at home.

What TOGA is not
TOGA is not a parent-led co-op or a tutoring service.  Classes are thoughtfully chosen as the best options for socially collaborative discussions to provide deeper understanding of the topics. Christians are called to be in community and share life together and TOGA provides this opportunity two days a week.
